How do I place an order for a custom engagement ring?
To place an order for a custom engagement ring, please visit our contact page, fill out the inquiry form, and one of our design experts will get in touch with you to discuss your vision and specifications.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all our diamonds are IGI or GIA certified lab-grown diamonds, ensuring quality and authenticity.
Can I return or exchange my custom jewellery?
Custom-made jewellery is not eligible for return or refund unless the item is found to be faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact us to discuss repair, replacement, or refund options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. Remaining 30% payment must be made before your order is dispatched.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on the complexity of the design and your location. Generally, custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete if the diamond is in existing stock. If we need to source a specific diamond, the timeframe may extend to 8 weeks. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
